Re: Travel Funds Available for the Spring 2026 ECOG-ACRIN Group Meeting

The ECOG-ACRIN Cancer Research Group (ECOG-ACRIN) Clinical Research Associates Core Committee has limited funds available to provide travel assistance to the upcoming meeting in Baltimore, MD, May 5-7 (T-Th), 2026. Four candidates will be selected to receive a travel expense reimbursement award of up to $1000. These funds are intended to facilitate attendance at the meeting for individuals with no other form of travel support. Data managers, clinical research associates (CRAs), or clinical research coordinators/nurses (who do their own data) are eligible to apply. Only one candidate per institution will be supported.

Individuals who are interested in applying for funds can download and complete the S26 ECOG-ACRIN Core Funding Application.

Applications must be submitted via email to christine.jerome@jefferson.edu no later than Wednesday, March 25, 2026, at 11:59 PM (Eastern Time). Late applications will not be considered. Applicants will be notified via email by Thursday, March 27, 2026, if they have been awarded support.
