Re: Travel Funds Available for the Spring 2026 ECOG-ACRIN Group Meeting
The ECOG-ACRIN Cancer Research Group (ECOG-ACRIN) Advanced Practice Provider Committee has limited funds available to provide travel assistance to the upcoming meeting in Baltimore, MD, from Tuesday, May 5 - Thursday, 7, 2026. Selected candidates will receive a travel expense reimbursement per the travel policy guidelines of ECOG-ACRIN. These funds are intended to facilitate attendance at the meeting for advanced practice providers (e.g., nurse practitioners and physician assistants) with no other form of travel support.
APPs interested in applying for funds can download and complete the ECOG-ACRIN APP Travel Funding Application.
Applications must be submitted via email to bridget_o’brien-fagan@rush.edu no later than Friday, March 20, 2026, at 11:59 PM (Eastern Time). Late applications will not be considered. Travel funding recipients will be notified via email by Friday, March 27, if they have been awarded support. Recipients are expected to engage with the members of the APP Committee and attend pertinent committee meetings.
