Re: Travel Funds Available for the Fall 2024 ECOG-ACRIN Group Meeting

The ECOG-ACRIN APP Committee has limited funds available to provide travel assistance to the Fall 2024 Group Meeting, taking place November 6-8, 2024, in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Candidates will be selected to receive a travel expense reimbursement per the travel policy guidelines of ECOG-ACRIN. These funds are intended to facilitate attendance at the ECOG-ACRIN meetings for APPs with no other form of travel support.

APPs interested in applying for funds can download and complete the F24 ECOG-ACRIN APP Travel Funding Application.

Applications must be submitted via email to me by no later than Monday, September 23, 2024, at 11:59 PM (Eastern Time). Late applications will not be considered. Travel funding recipients will be notified via email by Thursday, September 26, if they have been awarded support. Recipients are expected to engage with the APP Committee members and attend pertinent meetings
