Prior analyses research on predictors of allostatic load have focused on socioeconomic and psychosocial exposures. In contrast, few studies have been conducted on the retrospective measures affecting the completion of chemotherapy treatment and lower overall survival in breast cancer patients, notably how allostatic load influences racial and ethnic disparities in breast cancer outcomes populations.
