Group Meetings
Group-wide meetings of the ECOG-ACRIN Cancer Research Group (ECOG-ACRIN) occur twice a year and are open to researchers and staff affiliated with member institutions, patient advocates who are members of ECOG-ACRIN's various scientific committees, industry representatives, and invited individuals from external (non-member) organizations. Group meetings are closed to the public.
Purpose
- Present the latest in basic, clinical, and translational research by Group leaders in the areas of cancer prevention, imaging, diagnosis, and treatment
- Provide a forum for academic inquiry among physicians, clinical research professionals, patient advocates, and others
- Host education sessions on engaging patients and the public in the clinical research process
- Reinforce compliance with Group policies and procedures
- Offer non-CME training and education workshops for research professionals

As usual, the meeting is open to researchers and staff affiliated with member institutions, ECOG-ACRIN patient advocates, industry representatives, and other invited individuals. There is no registration fee for non-industry attendees.
Important note: This meeting will occur in person. However, special accommodations are being prepared for some sessions to be available in a hybrid format.
Travel Funding Opportunities
Advanced Practice Provider Travel Awards
The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Committee is accepting applications for a limited number of travel awards to support APPs with no other form of travel support to attend the meeting in person. APPs may include nurse practitioners and physician assistants. Learn more and apply by Thursday, March 20 at 11:59 PM ET.
Clinical Research Associate Travel Awards
The Clinical Research Associates (CRA) Core Committee is accepting applications for four travel awards to support clinical research professionals to attend the meeting in person. Data managers, clinical research associates, or clinical research coordinators/nurses with no other form of travel support are eligible. Learn more and apply by Monday, March 31 at 11:59 PM ET.
Radiation Oncologist Travel Awards
The Radiation Oncology Committee is accepting applications for a limited number of travel awards to encourage radiation oncologists to attend the meeting in person and actively participate in the development of radiation oncology-driven clinical trials and secondary analyses from completed studies.
