Biomarker Sciences Program
The Biomarker Sciences Program exists to support the clinical research of the two other scientific programs in the ECOG-ACRIN Cancer Research Group (ECOG-ACRIN). This program contains five scientific groups, by specialty: the Data Science Committee, Developmental Therapeutics Committee, Imaging Diagnostics and Biomarker Committee, Laboratory Science and Pathology Committee, and Pharmacogenomics Committee. Together, researchers in this program:
- Evaluate and integrate cross-cutting biologic science opportunities
- Attract basic and translational science from member and external organizations
- Foster translational and correlative science across the Group
The Biomarker Steering Committee, shown below, guides the program and the cross-committee interactions among researchers.
